Super friendly staff and owners. Really reasonable pricing for everything you get. They provide everything from the shampoo to the towels and the dryers and they do the cleanup afterwards. We have a 130 lb Great Pyrenees/Golden retriever mix and we spent under $30 for self service wash and nail trim, even opted for the de-shed shampoo and conditioner. What a great place, will definitely go back.

Bad service (soap made my dog have an allergic dermatitis outbreak and they got mad I brought my own to the follow up groom) and rude staff(repeated calls and anger if you are even a moment late for pickup) they were not nice to my dog either because she was scared and fussy at first as a new rescue(which I explained) that is to be expected and should be treated with care not anger. No crates. Not worth the headache or the money. Tried it out when my other groomer closed but will not be returning especially after today’s visit. Would not recommend to anyone. K9 was so much better!

We had a less than desirable experience last night. We brought our dog in at 5:55pm to give him a bath. As we were walking to the door, the two workers were giving us strange looks and we thought maybe the store was closed, even though we checked the hours and it said they were open until 7pm. When we got in and told them that we wanted to use one of the self-service baths, the one worker said, "Okay but in the future, our last bath is an hour before closing. It's all over maps and our Instagram." My husband was confused and pointed out that we were there before 6pm. We didn't know about the last bath being an hour before closing. Google maps gave us no indication of that, it's listed at the bottom of their website, and we only found it on one holiday hours post on Instagram. Regardless of all of that, we were there before 6pm, which is an hour before closing. It was clear that they had already cleaned up the store and were annoyed that we were there. The one worker at least attempted to be nice and kept saying that it was okay because we didn't know. However, it's not like we showed up at 6:45. We were there in time. We felt extremely uncomfortable and rushed. We left with our dog still wet because we just wanted to get out of there. It's a very nice facility, but we definitely won't be returning.

Very friendly service. They mixed me up some shampoo for my dog’s sensitive skin. I tell you what! He didn’t smell like dog at all afterwards!! I’m definitely going back, and with the price I can bath my dog every month.

Brought our two scotties in for the first time. Spoke to Heather to set up want we wanted and what we expected, she was awesome. She connected us with Groomer Kristin, who took the time and care to listen and give our fur babies the perfect cut. Thank you Kristin you did an awesome job.

This place is amazing! The staff is super helpful and very friendly. They provide everything from a waterproof apron to an enclosed room to dry your dog in! This is seriously the best idea ever! You pay one price and you get shampoo and water and a tub to bathe your dog in! And the best part is you don't even have to clean up after yourself! So all of Fido's hair that has gotten on the walls floor tub Etc is cleaned up by a nice friendly staff member who does so with a smile on their face! We even opted to add on nail trimming and that was a good experience! There are also additional add-ons that you can utilize. Including a full grooming service. But for me the ability to wash my 100 lb dog and not pay $100 or more is amazing. We opted for a special shampoo and nail trimming and paid ONLY $35!!!!! All of this and they even offer a rewards card so that every so many washes you get one for free! Can't wait to go back next month!!!

We had our 7 month old Goldendoodle groomed for the first time with Kristin. After 2.25 hours we arrived to find our baby so beautiful and groomed better than we had imagined. The staff love and care for your pets like they were their own and the quality of work far surpassed our expectations!
