Excellent service, good communication, honest pricing. I maintain and repair my car at home, but I must visit a mechanic at least once a year. I've been to plenty of shops that did great work, but Fiola is the first where I felt listened to. When I needed parts replaced to pass inspection, they called to discuss. I did the work and brought the car back the next week. Thank you! Other shops make me feel like the car is held hostage, and the first call I get is about the bill. After upgrading suspension I needed an alignment. I've had this car for 10 years and this was the first time I wasn't offered the more expensive "4 wheel alignment" on a car with no adjustable rear alignment. I came back because the steering wheel wasn't sitting level. The workaround fix for this would have taken a few minutes. Instead they spent an afternoon testing to sort out the root of the issue and get it perfect. Totally above and beyond. So, these folks have proven to be skilled, friendly, and honest. It doesn't get much better than that.

Was recommended to this shop for minor body repairs from a transmission shop owner. I'm glad I followed his recommendation. I needed both bumper covers repaired and repainted on a car that everyone said, " nobody will be able to match that paint ". Well, they matched it perfectly and left no signs whatsoever of either being worked on. I would definitely recommend this shop to everyone. Quick turnaround time, friendly service, and a fair price for quality work.

They are quite pleasant, and I dropped my car off on a Tuesday to have a few minor dings and dents in the rear bumper repaired. The car was ready on Thursday and the bumper was properly repaired ........BUT a decal that went over the bumper (normally there from the factory), which had to be replaced by the shop as part of their repair of the bumper, showed a number of glue marks. I was told that a few days in the sun would cure the problem, but to call if it didn't resolve. It didn't resolve and I called the shop to make an appointment to have it fixed. I was told they would call me back. THEY DID NOT CALL ME BACK!
