The nee manager that us running this location makes his own rules and hours. This store.id not open 24 hours, and he's disrespectful and hateful. Never again wl we go there if he's still employed

I go to mapco just about every day this past Friday the young man said the lottery cuts off at 9 pm now i knew that was not true and would not run my ticket's well on Sunday i return to this location and there was this young lady name Jackie was there and she would not wait on me she said the employee told her not to wait on me now i spend a lot of money at this location i did not know a nother employee could do that I'm very upset with the 2 employees at this location please fix this problem

After going to the mapco on memorial and having MULTIPLE bad experiences I went to this one. Excellent customer service and very helpful when my rewards card was having issues. This was on march 24,2020
