During the breakfast time store is very busy and waiting time is longer than usual. I always get confused with Starbucks jargon with coffee I.e. grande etc. however they took my order and called my name( of course wrongly, this is Starbucks employee signature style 😀) l am not a great fan of Starbucks coffee ☕️. They are still in the market because of their branding, not because of their customer experience!

A couple weeks ago, I was working from this location, outside in the heat along with a few other people, waiting for my daughter to finish school. The Starbucks barista noticed the day was growing hotter and brought all of us some water (unprompted). It was a thoughtful gesture that didn't go unnoticed. I don't know your name but you know who you are and I'm ever grateful for your thoughtfulness and generosity to your patrons. If anyone else has her name, please offer this review to her manager.

This is our local Starbucks, and we visit a couple times a month. The interior is nice and clean, and there is plenty of seating (they do a good job of providing individual seating areas and duo seating areas). The service is always top notch with a friendly staff, and even though they get a lot of orders they are able to turn them around quickly. I recommend for a quick cup of coffee and for a place to relax for a bit.

Jamie and Joe the third are the best. I like the team at Villanova. They are quick and patient. They deal with customers that can often be difficult with poise and calm. They are also great barista‘s! Keep up the good work. Thank you for making my drinks.
