I really don’t know how this place stays in business. You can have a job that takes you 4 hours to complete. Hand in the paperwork with all the parts needed and labor notated. The salesmen will literally look at you with a straight face, say “did you really work on this truck for 4 hours? You’re lying. I’m only charing my customer for 2.5. Thats more reasonable”. Why bother filing out the paperwork if you aren’t going to pay me for the whole job!!!?? If you complain, they will make fake invoices to please you and delete them later so you don’t see the pay at all. The salesmen are so greedy and incompetent that they think without them there wouldn’t be work to do. Customers come back for the service that the mechanic provided. Not your lame sales pitch or the ego of thinking everyone likes you and you can get away with everything. This place also makes you work 24 hours straight without a break. If you’re a tire technician, they make you run services calls. Not terrible since some your hours are documented through their emergency road service app. But when you work those emergency calls, it doesnt matter if you got calls back to back to back all night, you will be there for your scheduled shift and you will work without any sleep. Pretty sure there is a violation somewhere in there. I could go on but save yourself some time and apply somewhere that actually cares about their employees

Used these guys for a road side tire replacement on my semi trailer. They mounted the tires and wheels, but didn’t torque the lug nuts correctly and ended up in another road service call a few days later to repair/ replace two wheels, hub and air inflation system part that was damaged because of the loose wheels. Total cost was an extra $ 1,283 Ziegler tire did wave the cost of the first road service call. But that’s all the responsibility they took in the matter, poorly trained tire service techs.

For the people complaining about the credit card hold. The hold is to ensure payment on after hours service being credit cards cannot be run after normal business hours. It is a 24 hour hold until your bill is calculated and processed. The difference is then released. Night techs have no way to "quote you" as they are techs not salespeople.
