My experience with the shop was pretty bad the customer service was really bad but I kept on coming back because I actually enjoyed their calzones and I would always ask for extra pepperoni and I'd be happy paying the extra $3 but when I found out I was getting only a large calzone when ordering an extra large calzone and every time I ordered extra pepperoni on it they wouldn't actually put extra pepperoni on it yeah I asked him about it and then they said that they don't do custom calzones but they were charging me to add the extra pepperoni anyways without even adding there for pepperoni and the only reason why I gave them a two star review pretty dang good

Was told it would be 45 minutes and 1 and 1/2 hours later had to call to see if they got lost. When they finally got here the pizza was cold, honestly I wasn't even hungry anymore because I was so mad. My husband gave me his crust and it tasted like cardboard ..never again.

So we have been ordering here for years and I will continue. Tonight our order took a little longer than expected. They called, they apologized, and I wasn’t too bothered. It was still easier than me cooking and cleaning after the long week, plus it’s Friday who doesn’t want pizza on Friday? Even though it was after our estimated delivery time, everything was perfect. Worth the wait every time. No where makes a calzone like here. I’m happy to see you so busy! 10/10 would always recommend! Keep up the awesome work you guys! #1 Delivery service in Waterford!

Been ordering delivery here all year long with no issues. Today I called to place an order and I could tell right off the bat that the young lady was annoyed I was ordering delivery. She told me that I was too far for delivery I explained to her that I never had an issue prior she said her delivery radius was 7miles and I told her that the owner/manager told me 10miles as long as they weren’t busy. She then said yeah Thursdays are hard because of truck issues. I understand this young lady simply did not want to drive 10miles instead of 7miles I just really appreciate not being lied too. I literally just ordered delivery here 2 weeks ago with no issues. I thanked her as she just saved me $35-$40 I WILL FOR SURE NEVER BE BACK

The food here is pretty great; their subs and their pizza being recent favorites of mine. Their service is not always very accurate, though it's unclear if the accuracy drops when the order is being taken or when the order is being made. They do delivery, but I would budget thirty minutes on top of their projection to be safe as sometimes the food can come quite late compared to their estimations. Aside from the minor issues and frustrations when ordering, the food is really good. It's a must try, even if only once.

Had Waterford pizza cater my father's retirement party and let me say by far thee best service and food!!! Everything was delicious and there was hardly any food left after the party!! Highly recommend to others and also will be using them in the future!! Thanks Waterford Pizza!!!!
