We went from being stressed out seeing water underneath our old 13 year old water heater to a brand new system installed within the span of 5 hours. Charles England and his team are tremendous. I was called within an hour of submitting a form on their website. Charles arrived within an hour after that to assess the issue. His team worked and removed the old water heater while Charles went out to pick up a new one. I used England’s Plumbing before for a small repair. This time was the replacement of a 40 year old ejector pump, bringing the system to code, including alarms. Also replaced a failed septic tank pump alarm. Charles England quoted at no cost, was timely and professional in scheduling and performing the work. Great communication throughout the process. After finding our hot water heater had apparently been leaking, probably for an extended period, we called CR Englands and almost immediately was able to talk with Charles. He came about an hour later and determined (after about 30 years of use!) that our dependable water heater was indeed history. He was able to order a replacement that would be here the next day by 2pm. He got it early and was at my house within 15 minute! An hour or so later the new heater was installed and heating up. All without a hitch! So thankful for a fantastic plumber that keeps his word and got me hot water again! Thank you Charles! 😊 You are indeed a blessing to work with.

England Plumbing was amazing. We had an unknown kitchen ceiling leak that resulted in an upstairs toilet issue. We also had an upstairs bathtub faucet issue.
