I originally contacted him January 28th for a pug puppy was told he was going to start showing them on February 1st kept in contact with him even throughout the snow subscribed to his channel. This past Friday I was given his address he told me I could come at 4 to pick out a puppy with the weather being finicky my husband went to Enterprise Saturday morning at 9 a.m. to run a car that would be better in the snow because we are unfamiliar with Wilkes-Barre and didn't want any problems with getting there, Saturday morning we went to Petco PetSmart for food toys sweaters a bed a mobile vet was open until 5:30 so we figured we would be even able to make it there before they close we were prepared for everything I was so excited to bring this puppy home I texted at 2 p.m. confirming our appointment and was heartbroken when he texted back and said they were no puppies left that some woman had took two I was not going to leave a review but I'm still very saddened that this puppy is not here with us it would have been given a great home with much love I feel like he should have made sure one was available for our appointment he originally said they would be two available and that became zero I feel it was very unprofessional on his part now I wake up this morning and look at all the puppy stuff around and started packing it up. His last text he did apologize and said I could have first pick of the next litter but after thinking about it I cannot trust it to get my hopes up for another 8 weeks just for him to sell these puppies again he said he had many people interested but yet he put a new ad on Craigslist February 2nd he had a total of three ads on and all three of them are still on as of this morning. It was truly heartbreaking to think we were going to bring a fur baby home and for him to do this.

Three friendly guys showed up right on time and gently moved a beautiful 400 lb church piano and took it 20 miles to our beautiful new church. They also gave our congregation a very reasonable price. Great job A++++

First of all. my move was on thursday april 26, 2018. The staff was first class all the way. I told the company i wanted a fair price and he went over what i wanted move and boom i got a fair price. I didn't have to deal with these big shot company that need fantasy software or scales to calculate how much they are going to overprice your move and rob you for twice the price. Its a simple move not a company merger. Back to story at hand. The day of the move , the manager contacted me and was on top his guys being on the site of the move and on time. I was running late with my wife and it was not a problem. It was about having a good customer service relationship and he gave us that. The crew was amazing and made all big obstacles none existence. They needed no direction and handled the job first class. There was no close parking to the destination move site in the beginning and the crew still made the move go smoothly. I tell everybody. Disregarding all the bad reviews you read. There is no merit to them. They sound a bunch of winders who should have paid the overpriced company's. If you want old school moving without the nonsense than this is your CREW 4 Hire. La1 Familia, thank you . Oscar & veronica

Thank you Steve for toying with me for a week and never intended to move me. We had both verbal and written contract for ur company to move me Sat 12/17. I text U about snow coming and arranged a more convenient time for U because U plow snow for 18 dept stores...of course more important to U than moving my family a week b4 Christmas....I gave U a chance...actually 3, I asked U to please not let me down...and ya did...not answering your phone, excuse after excuse...."the guys THOUGHT they were done for the day and parked the truck???? U must think I was born yesterday. May Ur company be blessed with a heavy snow season and broken plows.

1 review 1.0 star rating 6/7/2016 CONSUMER BEWARE!! Paid owner STEPHEN $1200 upfront via PayPal to move all my belongings from a storage space in North Carolina to my apartment in Tennessee. He hired a remote 3rd party (kid off the street) based in NC to move my belongings. Kid named Charles arrives to my storage with a truck half the size to move everything. Brings my stuff to TN only for me to witness that none of my furniture was wrapped or protected. All my wooden furniture was damaged and/or had scratch marks. I tried to follow up with Stephen after many attempts of requesting him to call my husband, he would never return a call and said I received my stuff so the move was complete. Half of my storage was still left in North Carolina leaving me to pay to continue to store it. STEPHEN OF LA1 FAMILIA took NO RESPONSIBILITY for the incompleted move or the damage done to my personal property. USE THIS GUY / COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!
