Store was great but seriously went downhill. They no longer sell food gas pumps are all out of service with no signs before you pull up. Basically they now carry beer candy and lottery tickets THAT'S IT! Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time trying to get anything here.

Never fresh coffee. This store and the one around the corner on main street. When I ask them to make it, I get a attitude and 30 min later - still no fresh coffee. I used to go in every single day, now I make it at home and spend my money in sheets for anything else.

The Turkey Hill on Washington St in the Parsons section of Wilkes-Barre is the worst and unfortunately the closest to me. If things don't change I will drive a bit further to Sheetz. Everytime I go there it is chaos. The employees have all there friends hanging out around the register, I've seen employees and their friends smoking pot on the side of the building when I've gone to get ice out of the cooler, a cashier waited on me with a mouth full of potatoe chips and licking her fingers touching my stuff, I left that stuff and walked out. The females that work there have no manners and have extremely inappropriate conversations with customers and each other. The few male cashiers I see in there from time to time are always nice & curteous, that is about the only positive thing I have to say about this location. Clean it up. I'm in there a few times a week but that will change to 0 if things don't change. Update...the store is under new management. Seems to be cleaner and quieter and running more smoothly. We shall see.....

Generally the made to order food is decent for gas station food. Definitely not Sheetz though.

No matter where you go in the valley you can pretty well count on any Turkey Hill Store for quick, friendly service and reasonably decent food. That is, as long as you avoid this one. The pizza is NEVER fresh (I can't figure out how they do that) and almost all of the people employed (I wouldn't use the word work) there seem to have a bad attitude. This is a great place to avoid.
