I just found out that Country Pools and Spas are under new ownership. The new owner and wonderful staff are not connected to the controversial electronic billboard on 422.

Good polite people, horrible over priced products. They don't give you exactly what you order. Boxes were all damaged.

My experience was that I cancelled my pool after paying 4,500 down on April 23, 2014 and got nothing by the second week of July! I cancelled my order after me calling asking when it was coming to get the dates but to have NO ONE SHOW AND NO ONE CALL! We called them when no one was showing up! So by the 3rd no show we cancelled the order and was charged a 15% restocking fee on the entire purchase since "it was a special order" per them. A purchase of any pool, to them is a special order. They did return our down payment within 2 days minus 1,500 for our 15% and minus the Sand and minus the excavation work that was done. (those were contracted companies and we had no issues with them.) So be leary and they will tell you "we will TRY to get the pool in by ...and give you a date. Rain is a valid excuse, I understand that can not be controlled. But not showing up with no calls is not acceptable in my book. And customer service was unacceptable. We were told to be patient and understanding.
