This location on pawtucket Ave has had awful service lately! Super long delivery times. The food is done more than 30 min before delivery. Not fresh or hot when it is delivered; this has happened 3 times inthe last 6 months. When I called to inquire the story changed a few times of it was done or leaving, etc. Menu is changing more and more. Currently , they have stopped the bread bowl option for the pasta. Definitely avoiding this location.

Ordered two pizzas one was correct one was wrong realized this AFTER I got home. Called had to wait on hold they told us 45 MINUTES- original order took 15. WOULDNT RECOMMEND THEYRE UNPROFESSIONAL. Never going back here

Food took way longer than app showed. Chicken pasta dish, barely 6 small pieces of chicken. Was burnt. Brownies..very crunchy but ok taste. Cheese dipper with bread, very oily. Very bad customer service in store. Been going to this location long time, this is worst experience ever.

I have been ordering from this location for 10 years now. I have never had a problem. The staff is very friendly and the food is always prepared correctly.

Too much cheese, unwanted toppings found in a plain pepperoni pizza (peppers, spinach) and lately they haven’t been using a pizza cutter I guess. Half the slice came up ripped off and there’s 1-2 slices that make up almost half the pizza while the others are so small.

The order I just picked up had 2 pizzas that weren't cut, I wasn't given icing for the cinnamon bread twists, and I had to go back in to get the 2-liter I ordered before noticing the other issues.

Def not professional I ordered food got home was wrong order Sat there watching guy prep to go order while they make my food and the guy with mask on just tossed people food left and right up and down then placed it on shelf I mean who does that . Won't be going back there again that's for sure . A total waist of my money.

Disgusted with the service today. They didn't start making my order for 50 minutes after I placed the order. I arrived at the location a few minutes after ordering to wait because it said 8 to 18 minutes for order which is what I needed bc I was in a hurry and have 2 toddlers in the car. After workers got there no one unlocked door or came out or called to talk to me to explain the order was going to be an hour longer. Left me in the dark. I won't be ordering from this location again. Very unprofessional.
