I ordered over 45 minutes ago. They said my order was out for delivery 30 minutes ago. And now I have been on hold for 10 minutes. I'd hate to see how the service is during a "busy" time.

I kid you not the last 5 times I've ordered from this location they've messed up something. This time I asked for Well done (cause we already know if you don't ask it comes raw!) And sure enough both pizzas are completely raw in the middle and cheese isn't even melted. Asked manager for new pizza and money back, but gave attitude and said He won't. Then told me he could care less about my experience. This manager needs to be replaced immediately!!!! My husband and I have been in the restaurant management business for over 20 yrs and would never tell a customer that. Bill Christine is the owner. I hope he sees all the bad reviews and makes a change.

Domino’s on North Main Street in Providence RI made my pizza with bear hands even after it came out oven and spoke on top of pizza while conversating w/ co-coworkers. I requested a new one and manager Elijaha (who prepared pizza)refused to make a new order. The manager acted in a disrespectful and unprofessional manner to my teenage son and myself.

This Dominos is consistently on point. Have had the best dominos pies in my years ordering Dominos from this very location the past year. Great team. THANKS.

Listen, this is a pizza place. Stick with pizza. Online ordering is easy and it always seems well run, calm, and clean inside.

Pan pizza was so flat that it made phyllo dough look thick. Manager never apologized blaming it on the dough, and was hesitant in issuing a refund. Zero consolation offered for my wasted time, fuel, and forfeited hospital lunch break.

Go to Tomato City or PVD Pizza instead!!! This store has provided me with the worst customer service experience I have ever been through in my life. I ordered some beverages through the Dominos app directly. About 5 minutes later, I received a phone call, and when I answered, there was no response, so I hung up. The number called back; I responded again and had to say "hello?" for about three minutes before somebody finally came on the phone to accuse me of "being shady" and threatened to cancel my order. I was highly offended by this undeserved insult, and that is absolutely no way to speak to a paying customer. I asked to talk to the manager, and the guy on the phone, who claimed his name was Bill Fulco (from Dominos on 887 N. Main St. in Providence, Rhode Island, around 10:26 PM on 03/08/2022) then proceeded to yell at me and tell me that he was the owner, nothing that I say will matter, and canceled my order. He then switched his story to be "district manager" when I called back after researching and finding that the actual owner was Bill Christina. When I asked how to contact Mr. Christina, he gave me a runaround. He told me I would have to contact customer service, who, through further research, I also found is a woman named "Olivia Fulco" (curiously the same last name as the rude manager). After calling around a couple of the other stores in Providence, I learned that Mr. Christina's main office was at this store where I was having an issue. I have been a loyal customer of that store for three years. After this experience, I will be referring my friends elsewhere.

Absolutely disgusting. I’ve been getting this meal at dominos for years. It has always tasted good. I order it here and there’s like this white stuff (I assume old tasting cheese) caked on it. Barely any pasta. Goes to show that sometimes it’s not the franchise, but the location. Never going back. I commend the cashier for being friendly, that’s why I didn’t give 1 star when I really wanted to rate the food 0 stars. And I never complain about food lol
