One of the best banking experiences I’ve had! Luis Aguilera went above and beyond to get me a checking/savings account opened. As soon as i walked too the teller line Luis had quickly sat down with me within 3 minutes. The whole process was very easy and stress free thanks to Luis! The branch manager Anthony Franco was also very helpful! I will be with santander for awhile now. Thank You Luis and Anthony, you guys rock!

The OTP security feature prevents authorized users from getting access to their accounts unless they have a phone that received text. This is a major oversight considering there are elderly and others that still don't have that function on their phones. An hour with an agent and supervisor on the phone gets us nowhere. Im closing this account.
