Came in for a breakfast sandwich & received a brick of what was supposed to be a croissant. Kindly asked the clerk if the sandwich could be remade & got an instant attitude! The ovens at this store give STEP BY STEP directions for EVERYTHING that gets cooked in them. If she had followed directions the first time she wouldn’t have had to do it again. Never mind the fact that you work in CUSTOMER SERVICE & an attitude is NEVER okay, ESPECIALLY if you have done something INCORRECTLY. SMILE, APOLOGIZE & MOVE ON! Turning to another employee & saying “Are you kidding me?” Is unacceptable at ANY establishment.

What a fantastic convenience store. The friendly employees are part of the equation. You can have their great coffee which is really good at great prices. Pizza and hot dogs are a great quick lunch all for $.99. Thank you for all your service. Louise
