Waited MONTHS for glasses that never came in, called every few weeks guy said he will call and ordered me not to call or come down, went down there 3 weeks ago frame on back order, then I go down today 2 months AFTER I ORDERED MY GLASSES said it'll be in tomorrow, I said refund my money, I've had it, went to Lens Crafters in Warwick, they were very nice, they'll have my glasses ready on Tuesday after my surgery, but before that I called Eye Med and Koch Eye never reimbursed my insurance, so I called my insurance directly they reimbursed it but not my checking account for $179. If that money is not reimbursed I'll go public by tomorrow!

My appointment was very informative, and I saw the doctor fairly quickly, who addressed my concerns and made necessary changes to my contacts and explained why. Despite it being the end of the day during a holiday week, everyone in the office was friendly. At the end of my appointment, I waited to browse through the optical shop. With Covid, only 1 person at a time is allowed, and it was approaching 5PM. They offered myself and two other people to set an appointment the same week to come back, which I appreciated.

The woman whom I worked with on my last visit was not only impatient, but made my new prescription so poor that I can, no word of a lie, see better without my new glasses than with them on. I even gave them a two hour period to adjust and they were still atrocious to wear. After nearly six years of coming here, I will never return again.

I was told it takes about a week for her glasses to come in. That's fine. Called a week later, I was told I never placed an order. Went there to talk to someone in person, come to find out they never sent out the order!! Order was finally sent out with a "rush" on it, a week later still no glasses. Should've just ordered online!

A calledKoch and was told to go back to Bling to make sure the prescription was filled correctly. Well it was filled correctly but the prescription was way Off! Bling offered to give me a new eye exam and to correct the lenses for free! Stay away from this place. IT'S DANGEROUS!
