I had blood drawn on December 6, 2021 and requested a copy of the report. My doctor wanted his copy, too. Five weeks later no report was received by me or the doctor. On January 12, 2022, I had to go to the lab in person to find out what was going on. The woman in the office found the report on her computer and printed it for me. I had to fax it to my doctor that afternoon. On several occasions I have requested a copy of my reports and they have NEVER sent them to me. I have since gone next door to the Kent Lab and the day I did I logged on to their website six hours later and had my results!

The North Kingstown lab is absolutely, the best. I've been coming here for about 15 years and I won't go anywhere else. I'm a difficult draw; I have tiny, deep set, and rolling veins, making the job challenging for any phebotomist. Before coming here, it was not unusual for me to be poked with needles for close to an hour, in both my arms, legs, and hands, often having several different techs being called into the lab to try their hand at it. I'd leave sore and with bruises. All of that changed when I came to this lab. Now, just one stick in the arm, and I'm done. Consistently. I'm so very grateful for this extremely talented and kind phlebotomist!!

I was a bit skeptical going to this clinic as the reviews weren't good. I had called with a question and spoke with Aliza. She was very helpful. As I went in she was my technician too. I warned her that I faint and she was compassionate and gentle with me especially knowing that she had lots of patients to attend to after me. Anyone who is with her is in good hands! She is a professional who is an asset to the company.

I have a phobia and this is the only place I'll go to... enough said. They are more than happy to accommodate special requests, such as smaller needles. Very skilled at finding veins on the FIRST try. Also just all-around nice people.
