Do you have 45 minutes to spare hanging around a lab waiting to get blood drawn? If so, this is the place for you! Never in my life have I seen such incompetence! Since I live nearby I thought it would be convenient for me to go here, Normally I go to the east side lab on Sandy Bottom Rd in Coventry where I’ve never had a problem. Walking in the door, this place has no number ticket to take so they will know whom to call next. They have a patient sign in log right near the front door, hello HIPAA! I could see 3 people working there and one patient ahead of me, so unless this person was getting a blood transfusion, I’m not seeing the hold up. The front desk was unoccupied the whole 45 minutes I was there! I work at a doctors office and never ever has the front desk been unoccupied more than 5 minutes. I used the bathroom and much to my horror, there was about 6 urine cups filled in a basket near the toilet. Everyone’s names were on it, ummm HIPAA again and how about a good chance for someone to mess with the samples, unguarded! Run, don’t walk, away from this place, it’s a joke.

If I could give a negative star review I would I have been sitting here for a half hour after taking a number This kid drawing blood moves so slow and doesn't even follow the number system Now some guy walks in to pay a bill and he takes him first
