Sweenor did a complete rebuild of the outside - roof, siding, shudders, screens, trim and storm windows for our100 year old 8 bedroom summer home. All siding and roof were done in cedar shingles. Home is 8000 sq ft. It was a major project by any standard with a great number of “one off”decisions and solutions due to the age of the home Experience with Sweenor has been entirely positive. Quality of all the work was outstanding and timely. I could not have hoped for more. In addition the entire Sweenor team and subcontractors were of the highest quality and all very pleasant to work with. The attitude was always we will do all the work the right way never any hurrying up or compromise of quality. Despite the size of the job the work was completed within the initial estimate. My recommendation for Sweenor is unqualified. I felt most fortunate to have them as my general contractor on this very large and complicated job.
