I never leave negative reviews. I just left the store and feel compelled to. Someone that called themselves the general manager is waiting there to battle people about returns. Not only did she give me a very hard time and was completely unprofessional but she did it to someone else while I was standing there. She made me feel so uncomfortable like I was doing something wrong by returning my sons pants and basically called me a liar about fitting him. I told her I could bring him to the store and show her the pants didn’t fit. She was so rude and disrespectful I feel uncomfortable walking into that store again. The other girls were perfectly sweet.

Another one of my wife's go to places when in Middletown RI. Great deals on clothes 👌. They have nice clearance and markdowns! nice people and helpful, prices are good. Bathroom is clean, overall place is clean 👌 for the amount of traffic.plenty of parking plus handicapped parking.

Old Navy is great! I always come here for great deals on cute clothes. I can shop for everyone here, but I usually grab a piece for myself before I leave. There’s always some type of deal going on, so you can grab clothes without feeling guilty about it. They have an easy return policy too which makes shopping easy.

She didnt even ask if i wanted a bag. Whether i purchase one item or twenty it would be polite to just ask.
