Just got worst haircut in my life. You need to hire professional people. Never never never again!!! I swear the god I better cut my hair myself. I still tipped the lady. Yes I am really nice person but you lost me. :^(

I made an appointment for 1230. I arrived at 1225 and both attendents were either just started or in the process of starting for 2 walkins. Instead of waiting a few minutes for me to see if I arrived on time, I did. I checked in was told 10 to 15 minutes. I set a timer at 20 minutes and when it went off, I left. Neither stylist said a word, apologized for the wait, It is now 1255. 5 minutes for the review and 25 minutes wasted. Never going back again.

Outstanding. A must-try. I can trust Chris with my hair because she knows exactly how to go about my (somewhat difficult!) style. It's hard to find someone to trust -- my hair is fine but comes in thick and fast and requires very specific cutting to maintain between cuts. She is amazing and LISTENS. Chris even asks early in before going far if you make a change to what you want. She doesn't rush. She wants an outcome you are both souped about. Everyone is skilled, here, because I hear constant praise from the surrounding chairs, and people familiar with the girls when they come in.

The woman who cut my hair to start off wasn't the nicest, i showed her a few pictures of what i wanted, with views of the side back and front and it turned out in no way what i wanted, she seemed very irritated with me and cut actually chunks of hair out, as shown picture (pinker hair), she told me in the back it would get gradually shorter, this is not what i was expecting, also the front and bangs are very choppy and uneven (shown in second picture with more faded hair) that mess of a dye job was all my fault though but conclusion - displeased
