Well, I wrote a review about pet sense not honoring all my promotional purchases. Later, the manager actually contacted me and will let me use the last promotional benefit even though records have been lost. He was exceptional in his handling of the issue. We have Newfoundlands and they are not the easiest to groom. The groomer we use is Lydia and she and the staff are the best. Our dogs always look so great after the grooming and seem happy to be with them.

This place is awesome with great prices and customer service. We had our puppy groomed by Jason and came out fantastic, I would recommend him to anyone. Very clean store as well, thanks PetSense!!!!!!!

It's a great pet store but if you have a cat forget it. Was extremely disappointed in the cat treat and food section. There was one isle for cat food and three and a half isle for dog food. Not to mention they have a ton of all natural options for dog treats, but only have three different brands of cat treats? Extremely disappointed.
