They got us in on time and two stylist handled getting my three kids hair cut, all cuts were fast and looked fine. A little pricey but that was my choice due to needing to make an appointment and the only stylists will take appointments are the senior stylists which tend to prove in a higher bracket due to experience so with that in mind it was priced appropriately. Definitely recommend.

Asked for an extra long bob so shorter in the back but wanted to keep the length, with out glasses it's hard to see how much is cut, the cut itself is perfect the length is so short I lost about 8 inches total and totally cried the way home. Once it grows out the style will be great at the layering was perfect I'm just so sad when I asked for an extra long bob I got a regular bob that's just to my shoulders a d o can't put it in a ponytail. This is the second time my hair has been chopped off and it will take another two years to grow back. As the hair dresser herself did a great cut I'll be sure to bring a picture because every time I say I don't want to loose length all my hair get a chopped off. I'm just really sad now I'm home and see how much is gone

Jess was able to give me the cut I wanted. Didn't like that blow dry was $7 extra. Sort felt ripped off especially since I didn't get a shampoo because I only use WEN cleanser and cleaned my hair just before I went. So $18 for cut with no shampoo or blow dry.

I still need a haircut though so I impulsively walked into the Hair Cuttery, asked for a bob and no joke, was given the BEST BOB I have ever paid for. Two weeks later, it is growing out fantastically. Megan was excellent, friendly and a damn good stylist. She was concise and articulate with her questions and gave me exactly what I wanted. The music stinks, but the employees can't do anything about that as it's a corporate choice.

I want to take a moment out to shine a light on what an amazing job Bradlee does. She is one heck of a beautician! I never go to random people and I have to say how well she does her job! I love my hair and the customer care she showed me! Lily is super nice and I hope everyone gets a chance to experience their awesomeness!

Horrible experience. I asked for layers and the girl butchered my hair. The layers are extremely short and uneven. I went back the next day to show the assistant manager who said "I am embarrassed that you even had that done here, you will definitely get your money back". They offered to try and fix it but I refused due to it being so short and I've always had Long hair. I've left two messages now on the district managers voicemail and no one has gotten back to me. I will never again go to hair cuttery. I would not recommend them to anyone!!!!!!

Had a great cut with Meghan.. my wait was very short which was nice. My stylist took her time & gave me exactly what I wanted. My only complaint is that Hair Cuttery is walk-in only, no appointments. Great service for the price. I will return.
