Not sure what some of these newer reviews are talking about, there is actually all new management there, the GM Shawn was sent from a different club and has been doing his best to improve the gym for everyone… his assistant took care of upgrading my membership with care and diligence. Very pleased with the service.

This gym needs new management. People that will care about their customers and have attentiveness to the equipment at the gym. I have been coming here for a long time and have noticed that the people that run this gym gives sorry Fs about the quality of experience customers receive. There’s no excuse why machines are broken for more than a month, two at most. The leg extension machine has been broken for almost a year (absolutely insane seeing the amount of revenue this gym probably takes in) , has 4 broken stair master machines that haven’t been fixed in a very long time, this is just a few of the broken machines they have. If you love broken equipment that never gets fixed, this is the gym for you.

Great location. The racquetball courts are underutilized however. I hope one day soon the company in all its locations will utilize the extra space in its racquetball courts by putting squat racks and deadlift platforms in the underutilized racquetball courts.

BUYER BEWARE. Management will sell you a membership but then when you want to cancel, they will invent reasons why you can't. I purchased a family plan last April and chose to cancel for multiple reasons unrelated to the gym itself. When I did so the manager said he cancelled the membership and I was all set. Before I drove off I made sure to review the cancellation receipt and noticed that my other family member remained as active. When I went back in to discuss the matter with him, he said I couldn't terminate the other member without their consent or without me obtaining a power of attorney document and a copy of their driver's license. I said sir...that does not make sense I am the one who opened the membership under my name as a family. Long story short he was extremely arrogant and I walked out knowing I was in the right. I called corporate and they cancelled the entire membership within 3 minutes of my call. Moral of the story is don't trust people who think they know the answers to everything and research nothing. Be careful before you place your business here.

I’d give it a 4 star just because I think the bathrooms could be cleaner. They could also have a better utilisation of basketball courts. The gentleman staff at the front desk is always very pleasant every morning. And greets everyone as they come in I would give him a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️for great customer service, he is not obligated to so early but he brings that energy as you walk in. I wished they could go back to 24/7 hrs.

Gym gets crowed at certain hours but it's a good gym with alot of equipment and very clean ....n also has a daycare here

Been a member here since it opened because it is local , unfortunately this la fitness is the worst maintained one I have ever seen , all the equipment is ripped , I’m not talking holes that have happened recently I am talking holes down to the metal , so uncomfortable and dirty , grips on many machines are machine and torn , stickers missing for weight increments so it’s all a guessing game , there isn’t attachments for any of the cables , dirty ,you will never see a manager respond to any of these negative reviews because they know it’s the truth , this la fitness is a dump , Warwick and Cranston locations are nice , what ashame , the amount of machines with holes down to the metal is rediculous , here is just some , that have been there for not months but years , I have reached out to everyone possible and nothing ever gets fixed , this is just some of the fine equipment 😔
