the self service car wash is the worst. I put 20$ in and tried to soap my car down with the triple foam soap & nothing came out. All I could do was soak it with the high pressure washer just to get the pollen off my car. There was still plenty of spots that didn’t even wash. The worst part is the drier, it barely works and left permanent water spots all over my car. You guys need to install an air compressor it would help a lot!

Half the bays have broken pieces. The brushes are basically just a brick to rub against your paint. The "triple foam" stains everything hot pink. And the water pressure is garbage. Not to mention the hard water spots left on any window.

Good touch less car wash, but the dryers suck. Need more dry time, give a solid 2 minutes of dry time and would be amazing and 5 stars👍👍

The rear of my car was not rinsed properly so all the dirt and grime (and soap) left drip marks down the entire rear of my car. Using the self cleaning bays would bring me back here every week but they are coin op. Several others I go to are $3 for 4 minutes and accept cards. Very convenient

This place is awful. You dump cash into the do-it-yourself bays to wash your own car only to find out the wheel clearner, presoak soap, and foam conditioner are all empty. This has happened to me before at this place, but the last 3 times I went it's exactly the same. The last time I asked for my money back and the old man was extremely rude. This time I just drove off and I won't go back.

TL/DR: gets the salt off, but not much else. I only come here to get the salt off my car in the winter. In terms of cleaning ability, it's not very good (leaves water spots and a thin layer of grime); my car has never come out "shiny". However, if you're just trying to get the salt off your car, it does the job. Being touchless has the added benefit of no brushes that will just rub the dirt into your paint. Other info: maximum height 7'8"

Absolutely terrible. They take your money and don’t bother to have something that actually cleans your car. I came through and purchased the 2nd to the highest wash and the jets to shoot water on the top of my car just shot out a mist. Left all sorts of dirt and grime left on my car. I can’t believe I wasted $12 on this. Fresh out of the wash and it left all this. Smh. Never again.

Like many others... all I can say is HORRIBLE. Between permanent water spots left in the paint and mechanisms scratching my paint job, I’ve had enough! The self service is not even safe! As everything is a disgusting mess of grease and sand, paint scratches are inevitable. To top this all off customer service is rude and most of the time nonexistent. This place deserves more than a bad review on google reviews, it needs an examination by the BBB. The pictures I added are just from ONE vehicle which has been damaged. There are more of mine and many of friends vehicles as well. Save yourself $$$ in repairs and please avoid this place!!
