The volunteers at both this location and the one on Whiskey Rd are pilfering the donations for themselves. They hide good things in a bag of so-so things they are "buying" for themselves and then just walk out with it. They also remove donations from the truck pickups before they are uploaded at the stores. Also, a few (3 or 4) of the volunteers (and employees) have an arrangement with a couple local antique dealers. When certain items the dealers want to buy cheap come in (nice furniture, antiques, nice art, gold/silver jewelry) the employees contact them and make a deal. (This has involved actual cash payments by dealers to employees before and may still)

Went today after a long time and this store has gone down hill. Very dark and absolutely filthy. It was so bad I didn't want to touch a thing and got out as quick as I could. It used to be an awesome thrift store.

Went in at 240...a guy rang a bell loudly saying closing in 10 minutes. Sign says close at 3. Felt rushed and not welcome. Will go elsewhere. Support the SPCA thrift store and others.

Awful rude staff. Went in there at 5:45 and the sign on the door said they closed at 6 and the people working in there yelled we had 2 minutes left and the lady kicked us out the store at 5:48🙄

Very disappointed. They lost a good sale BECAUSE they don't deliver furniture anymore. Not everyone has a truck or access to one. Some of us are even old people and no way in the world of moving furniture..😡😡😡

Jadeiah Connor made my day! She is such a sweet and helpful clerk!!! I look forward to returning to this store and want to let her know again just how fantastic she is.

Not much for sale here and the reason why may have to do with malfeasance or corruption. Quite egregiously, it seems that a small number of the same people get "first choice" on anything nice. The best furniture is ALWAYS sold to the same person (the store puts sold tags on furniture with buyer's name on it, so you can track this yourself). Also these "special buyers" appear to be exempt from the normal pickup policy for sold items. Instead of having to pick up their furniture in a day or two, it can sit there for weeks!!! SOMETHING SEEMS ROTTEN HERE.

Decent selection, though more for clothes and furniture and the of knick knacks. Every now and again you'll find something quite unexpected and at a good price.

Since the store has undergone new management, the merchandise is stocked. The atmosphere is welcoming. And the prices are more than fair. Tons of furniture and as it sales, new pieces are already in. Great shoe selection. Scrubs. Suits and always coveralls can be found. I love this store and I frequent it a couple of times a week.

The place is filthy. The prices are way too high. The are asking $50 for an end table that is not wood, has nickes and dings all over. If i managed this store it would not have opened today until it was cleaned up. The lighting it bad. Salvation Army should just give up, whatever they are doing is not working.
