when i ask if i could pay for service out of return checks they said well you can but their will be more paper work and i would have to come back and sign more paper work at a later time. im a repeat customer. i didnt need that.......im upset. i wasnt counting on paying 145.00 out of my pocket. not nice!!

The people that work here are great but don't go to h&r block it's been 3 weeks since I filed I still haven't received my return my uncle filed his with another company a week or two after I did mine and he already received his for free. And they charged me over 170.00$ and I still haven't got mine I thought it was going to be faster because paying the 170.00$ but no it wasn't DON'T GO HERE!!!!!
