It is what it is,a standard lease/rent to own setup....it works for people who can't buy what they want through normal means and usually carry a wide selection of merchandise,it is a little more expensive,but if it has what you need and you can't get it anywhere else it's nice to be able to use this option

They will never get my service again andI have been deals them for years. Manager stop me from using Aaron's in Loris and say I only made one payment. Don't ever use them take my advice.i just brought mine cash they just missed out on money.

I have been at Aaron's Customer for years.. we had done business with Myrtle beach, Georgetown stores.. But The Conway store was very rude and we will never do business with them again..the worst customer service ever..

When Lowe’s dropped the ball and cancelled an order on me at the last minute, Chelsey and the staff at Aaron’s went above and beyond to get me the new stove I wanted in a very short period of time. The price was worth it for their customer service and extended warranty. Would definitely purchase there again. I love my new stove!

The showroom is small, but it is filled with furniture, electronics and appliances. They have a four months same as cash payment agreement that was attractive to me. I was sick and tired of hauling laundry back and forth to the laundromat so I financed a less expensive Amana Dryer. Delivery was available the very next day! I'm setup on low bi-weekly payments that coincide with my paycheck. Preston helped me and he was very nice and accomodating to my needs while there. I will continue to do business with this location as long as their product proves to be in excellent condition.

The ppl are nice and all and are very willing to help but I will say this. The reason for the 2 stars is I have never been late on a payment and I missed one and they have the nerve to call me up a week later at 8am on a Saturday to tell me if I don't make at least a half payment there going to come and get the cheaply made China couch's that is way over priced a 50 in lg 4kuhd smart TV witch after paying it off would had been like $13xx. But my main thing is the 8AM CALL ON A SATURDAY WAKES ME and tell me "not trying to be rude but if u cant make least half payment where going to come get it and hold it till u make ur payment.. well they don't open up till 10am every day.. so y would I be getting a call at 8am if they don't open at 10am..well I will say this cuz by the time they open they want to come and take the stuff back . U don't run a business like that cuz that's how u will lose customers. They will work with ya on payments but as soon as u miss one there ready to come and seize the products. It's sad to say I won't be getting anything else from them and 2 if anyone wants to be ripped off go to Aaron's...cuz ur better off getting ur TV's and couches from Walmart for like a 1/8 of the coast.. and also paying all that does not help ur personal credit all it does it build a good credit with aaron's

I have bought a lot of furniture and appliances through Aarons since we moved here over 15 yrs ago. We've been with Aarons way before the store was in Conway. Preston has always been the manager at the stores when we have bought items. Preston has always been professional and friendly. We have never had any problems with any of the Staff from Aarons. Because of the people is one of the reasons we have and will continue to shop there.
