Motorhome overheating-New clutch fan and thermostat. I HIGHLY recommend this company! It was like being rescued and cared for by family. Russell and Lee are AWESOME! Very knowledgeable and courteous, great service, fair price and great communication. They went above and beyond to make SURE the problem was COMPLETELY resolved and we were safe to head home. I own a HVAC company and we were in Myrtle Beach. the bearings and tire had problems! I called one company and the man was ugly acting. So I hung up. I called another company and they wouldnt be able to help me until next week. She gave the number of this company. I talked to Russel and he was super nice and then Lee went to find the trailer and to see if he could fix it in the am. He did and my tech went down to pick it up! Both men were SUPER nice and my trailer is fixed! Thank you guys! I so appreciate you!

Russell, the owner, did a great job the first time we took our camper to him repairing the front exterior corners and welding them back together. The problems began when he attempted to repair our roof cable lift system. I will summarize by saying that we were charged a good amount of money for a repair that was incorrectly done and did not fix the problem. Additionally, the cable is now too short and does not properly lift the roof to the correct height on our pop-up Rockwood 276 camper. He insists that there is nothing wrong with the repair he did. He kept the camper for over three months before he repaired it and then was very rude over the phone when we went to pick it up and I was questioning what he had done. We will never take our camper to him again! Update: Additionally, the reply he posted here to my review is untrue. We did not damage our own camper - he did. He admitted by phone during the 3 months he had our camper that he had broken the roof lift cable when he operated the power switch to it with the roof locked down! When we got the camper back and it didn’t lift to the correct height, I asked him if he had modified the cable and he said he had “shortened it at the winch.” Three other RV services I called in Myrtle Beach about getting the cable fixed (after he broke it and did not correctly repair it) said that they had gotten complaints about his work from customers they had referred to him. His “pro bono” work was free because he installed the lift motor backwards. While fixing that, he broke the cable! He might be okay at pulling cars out of ditches, but my advice is, don’t take your RV to this business! Service: Body & Trim

After arriving at Lakewood Campground this evening we found that we did not have power to parts of our rv trailer. After looking at the fuse box and checking all of the circuits in the trailer we tried the campground personnel for help. No one was available. We tried the dealer we bought the rv from in myrtle beach to no luck. We were given 4 contact numbers and until the 4th one we were getting despondent. On the 4th call which was to ABC Mobile we were able to talk to the representative. Even though they did not need to come out to service my rv trailer, just talking to the representative over the phone helped to sort through possible causes of the power supply issues to parts of my rv trailer. After moving the power cord to the other side of the post we were able to get full power to the rv. The representative on the phone did not need to work with over the phone but they did. This may have lost them a service call but it has gained my respect and my business for of our rv trailer needs in the future

This company has always been quick to respond when our trucks blow out a tire, including that one time when the tire passed the truck on a very busy road. They have even picked up our broken down tractor from a very tight driveway and took it for repairs. Call this company if you value fast and professional responses!

This man was AWESOME! I broke down on vacation/ single mother with four/ yes 1,2,3, FOUR KIDS! He came by the hotel to get the key instead of force no me to drag my kids in a taxi all over town to meet him- and then made room in his schedule to fix the car that day/ and towed the car back to the restaurant where the kids and I were having dinner so I agsin didn't have to drag kids around in taxi or walk! His prices were fair, he was honest, and up front- no hidden prices in the end- I would highly recommend him to EVERYONE OR ANYONE in the myrtle beach area!
