Completely messed up my entire order. Errors could have been avoided if directions would have been read. I’ve been a manager for many different food places so I understand it gets busy but there is no excuse for cold food and poor customer service.

I sat in drive threw for an 1hr and 30 mints before i could order. I order the mix and match 2 for5 and was charged 13.00. The drive threw could use some friendliness and some spead our food was cold and I only live 2miles down Rd. So my visit was horrafing cold sandwhich french fryes and 3 dollars in taxes? I just moved to Mullens its not a much of a town but the people are friendly. But the food sucked cold fish and cold fries and cold Whopper. Prices are a little high for the fact that during an epedimic you would think Food places would think about the quility and the heat and prices. I dont understand if u lose ur customers than u cant stay in buissiness. I wont waste my money going back. There were cars out in the highway . like i said i sat in line for almost two hours! Good luck but u have lost my large familys bussiness. Good luck.

Whopper and fries were good. Chicken nuggets and chicken sandwich was not good tasted funny and 2 of us got sick afterwards. But the whopper with cheese we had that day was good and at least they got our orders right unlike marion mcdonalds

I went to Burger King in Mullins SC today and experienced horrible customer service. The cashier was extremely rude and all I did was order my food ☹️ It was horrible. No one should be mistreated just for ordering food. Very bad customer service ☹️

Took over 15 min to get our food. When we got our food it was cold we had to take it back. When we finished our meal we wanted ice cream...oh guess what as most "fast" food restaurants are now the ice cream machine was broke or so they say it was broke. I will go somewhere else when I'm passing thru this town the next time.
