Showed up at 8:10 am store was not open like it had been abandoned. Three of us were outside just waiting. No one answered the phone either!😤

Almost nothing on the shelves and what is on the shelves is cluttered and in disarray. First and last time I stop in this Dollar General. Truly disappointed at what I saw. I shop at my local Dollar General stores all the time. Never seen any of them like this one. Cashier was very nice, though.

The cashiers and management are nice enough but they can only do so much. Idk why, maybe corporate reasons, but they don't have speedy checkouts and always seem to have an extended checkout line. Also, the cleaning supplies since covid 19 have been sparse like their inventory management isn't doing a good job. Most stores have gotten themselves back to normal supplies (with the exception of Lysol) but for some reason Dollar Generals entire selection of moping, Bleaches, The Works cleaners is always out of stock. I usually try to avoid relying on them anymore.

I try to avoid this Dollar General as much as possible because every experience so far has been negative. Tonight however was my limit. The place was a mess (not new though) & hardly stocked (again not new) but what got me was I said “hello” to the cashier & he glared rudely at me without a word. I walked right back out.

Place is always a mess. Inventory Levels are always empty of a lot of items. This store is in better shape than the Ware Place store but the General Manager should be ashamed.

This is the sloppiest, most unorganized dollar general I've ever been in. The shelves are always missing so many products. Always! I don't mean the day before the truck comes... I honestly don't know how they stay in business at this location. Edit: You can not use the restroom at this store. Granted, no one is particularly excited about using a public restroom... But when you gotta go, you gotta go... the employee's tell you the restroom is "out of order". It was "out of order" a few months back while my daughter was potty training and I had to leave my buggy with the items I was going to purchase so that I could carry my 2 year old somewhere else to potty... And still today the restroom is "out of order" .... Lost my business... There is a family Dollar right up the street!!!

Great staff. Great store. Great customer service. All the isles are clear and there is product on the shelf. The associates are smiling and helpful and seem to care about the customers. What a HUGE difference. Its obvious that there is new management here. It's a welcoming experience. This store was a hot mess just over a month ago. The staff was rude and acted like an inconvenience to answer questions. There was no product on the shelf and you couldn't even move thru the store cause the isles were blocked by the product that is supposed to be on the shelf. The new management has really turned this place around. What a asset to the company. All the managers should have the same positive upbeat attitude and willingness to help. Thanks.

I'm sorry but everytime I go there's nothing that I've been buying there once it's gone it takes him forever to put it back in they got better service this morning then they've had but they got the place so crowded and things packed up you can't hardly walk so be careful find another one until they get their head together sorry but that's the way I feel and I've been going there for years over and over the same thing different employees different managers Lookout both managers has a bad attitude I guess because they got a stock the shelves anyways good luck

Ok so as you know, I am a fair but to the point reviewer. I do believe that the outcome of a review, positive or negative, helps a company grow and succeed . This store has friendly staff, who was extremely knowledgeable . But the store was crowded with racks of products in cages from a recent truck delivery. It made it almost impossible to access the isles to find what I was looking for, and the impulse atmosphere to purchase ( maybe I want, but don't need stuff) I would suggest, a staging area where customers still could browse the store, and not be inconvenient.
