I ordered online.. waited over an hour for burnt pizza.. it was a delivery and they told me I had to bring it back to the store.. that was the whole point in having it delivered, so I would NOT have to go to the store!!!

Placed an online order to be given an estimated delivery time of more than 2 hours, called the store to change to pick up and was advised it would still be an hour and 45 mins. I feel in a resort town where it is known for being busy season, they should have been staffed to better serve. The only reason it gained 2 stars was because upon canceling the order i was issued a refund to my card quickly enough to use for dinner at another establishment.

We are on vacation and this was a convenient choice. I was a little taken aback when we first arrived and didn't think that we'd made the right choice. I was pleasantly surprised with the service and how fast the food was prepared. The staff was super nice and the pizzas were cooked perfectly. Thanks guys for the super service.

I called in a delivery order and was told it would be 37 minutes. After 1 hr 20 mins I called to check on the order and after being placed on hold between questions I was told it would be another 10-15 minutes. I asked if that included delivery time. They would never answer yes or no, just that it would be ready in 10-15 minutes (I was less than 5 minutes away from restaurant but needed delivery due to babysitting a 2 yr old at the time) From the conversation I could hear in the background I feel sure they had not even started the order yet. So I asked if my order would be discounted at all and I was told no, it would still be full price. At that point I cancelled the order! I won’t be ordering from here again. I will use another pizza delivery restaurant.

Horrible customer service. We have ordered 2 times and our order has been completely wrong 2 of those times. I mean a whole different pizza and sides. Argued with us about it. The place is nasty. I tried to place a call in order and he read me back something completely different then yelled at me when I told him it was not right. Won't be going back.

Pizza was good. Dine in is not really open. They now charge for Red pepper and parmesan... Should be included with purchase.

Confusion on the order; we thought we selected delivery but it went through as pickup. So we had to drive out to get in. The cheesy breadsticks and the cinnamon sticks were great, the pizza itself was disappointing in the big box. The sausage was not very flavorful and overall the pizza did not have great taste. I think the pizza is better as a stand alone product, but it also seems to have gone downhill...used to be one of our go to pizzas but not so much anymore.

I had a great experience the lady helped me on the phone they delivered to my job site and brought me cups and plates even tho they didn’t have to. And the delivery driver was great and super nice hope so have her as my driver again ☺️

1st time I ate Pizza Hut here. I did not like it. It was so greasy it was gooey and it seemed under cooked. It tasted weird and gave me a tummy ache. The cookie was great though. I will try again in the near future and see what happens, but this time it was disappointing.

In August of 2020.This was the worst pizza from them ever. Ordered delivery, but would take 2 hours. So ordered take out and picked it up. The pics look good, but it wasn't. The pizza was like shoe leather and burnt on bottom and top, no flavor and one with the wrong crust.. when we called them about it they didn't care. Don't go here it is horrible.
