If I could give this company a zero, I would. In July 2021, I purchased $9,946 in plumbing merchandise from the Mount Pleasant/Wando, SC store for a new home I'm building. With the pendemic, there have been numerous delays and they only just installed the granite counters and the stainless steel sink. CA221232 is the sink I purchased and was suppose to have racks in the bottom, but didn't. I learned the owner Sean Rooker substituted this sink for a a different model CASS16RC3260 and didn't tell me. It wasn't until the granite installers were putting in the sink last month I noticed it didn't have racks. I returned to the store and spoke to Michael. He didn't know why Sean didn't say anything to me about the exchange. He contacted the manufacturer and they sent racks. He said if they weren't right, I could return them to the store for a full refund. These racks are two different shapes and different lengths. When I called Michael today, he said Sean said there would be a restocking fee for returning the racks. I didn't make this mistake, and they told me I could return them if they were incorrect. In 2018, I purchased $6,680 in merchandise to remodel a home. I guess my business doesn't matter, cuz I will never do business with WinSupply after this.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Staff is very rude and not helpful. Not to mention you can get any product here cheaper at Gateway supply or Amazon. Wouldn't recommend anyone to buy from here.

Winsupply is a great place to get all of your plumbing needs. They carry the best brand names at a great price. We were renovating our master bath and worked with Clint Lankford who was extremely knowledgeable. He ordered everything we needed for the entire installation. The order came in on schedule and was complete. There was one faucet that was defective and Clint took care of it immediately. Clint wasn't just interested in plumbing supplies, he was interested in the whole bathroom. He really wanted us to have a beautiful bathroom; the plumbing supplies being an important part of the finished product. We felt like he was really in tune to our vision. I enjoy shopping around for the best possible deal, it's almost a game to me. Mt Pleasant Winnelson is by far the best prices in the Lowcountry when it comes to kitchens, baths, plumbing supplies and HVAC as well....They also have a beautiful kitchen and bath showroom!
