Ordered my pizza online and waited for an hour and my pizza tracker said it was still being prepped! I called several times and no answer! Finally got an answer and they still had not even baked the pizzas!! Had to cancel and was given no compensation!!!

Horrible service. Was on hold for 20 minutes due to their poor service and probably not wanting to do any more orders when calling in one. Then tried to order online and it was canceled. No one was willing to help me and kept putting things off so that it seems they didn’t have to do my order here in Watertown SD.

Not impressed with your call center! It took two calls to try placing an order that you had a coupon for . We were told that we had to make this order on line which we attempted only to be told there was a “technical difficulty”. On the second call, we were connected with the store in town only to be told that coupon didn’t exist. I did try the order one more time and it finally did go through! We were ordering this as we came into town, Ended up canceling the order, going home as we were on our way down to the store, tried re-ordering it once we got home! So now I have another trip out to go pick up pizza as the coupon went through the second time it’s kind of a waste of my time as well as yours! There seems to be a definite lack of communication between your call-center and your stores in your online coupon processing . Definitely room for improvement!!

I ordered from our local store, was told roughly 31 minutes. It took an hour and a half to get two sandwiches. They arrived cold. When i called the store i was hung up on. When i called back again i was on hold for 15 minutes, after someone finally answered i asked to speal to the manager. The manager is who hung up on me previously. He proceeded to swear at me and hang up again. We order feom here frequently, however after this service we will no longer be doing so.

Terrible. Went to store to order. Waited forever finally had to ask if pizza was done. It had been sitting there for 10 minutes getting cold because no one could bring it up to us. Then it was burnt crust to. Never again.

The Watertown store and people are great, but they went to a call center system to place delivery orders. It took ten minutes of answering questions, tried to sell me everything off the menu, when all I wanted was two pizzas. It was much better when you were able to talk directly to the store.

Great service when you can get a hold of them. Their number isn't for the actual store, it sends you to their call center. So if you're from out of town it is next to impossible to get a hold of them which is very frustrating. That being said Steve is the best domino's worker I've ever experienced.

I order on- line. Website always works for me. Status update of the order is always accurate. Daniel is a great delivery driver. Greets us with a smile and is friendly. Pizza is comes as it should be. No issues at all.
