Great Customer Service!!! John Bandilla has always been there when i needed help. He answers all of my question very knowledgeable about the devices. If you guys have question about cellphone related go see my man. I don't understand why people are complaining about purchasing accessories... if you don't like it go back to AT&T or Verizon and enjoy having a $300 monthly bill. You can't beat 4 lines for $100 unlimited everything.

Amy is district manager for mitchell Watertown and few other stores been waiting months for her to contact me on lines I was being charged for but not on my plan and she hangs up on me doesn’t return phone calls super unprofessional every time a employee tells her I’m calling and leaves her a note she never takes time to handle issue out over 120$ for line that was never suppose to be there and not even active. When I call the 1800 # they tell me she is one I need to deal with and she refuses to give me her bosses info

Yes the staff at the store was very knowledgeable and very friendly and extremely nice and helpful setting up my new phones importing the numbers. But the one major issue I have with cricket wireless is you guys are requiring as a company policy to buy an accessories. That is just not right for you guys to require us to buy and accessories I ported in multiple lines in. This is just ridiculous and I don’t understand why your company could stay in business if they are requiring us to buy accessories and I don’t care what’s your policies are I am I still ported in because it saves us money but I do not buy any accessories I refused to I don’t care what you guys say to us and I feel bad for the employees if they get in trouble. But I don’t care It is just wrong And ridiculous something has to change now and this is Fing stupid. Because the employee talked and tired sell the accessories to me but I keep saying no. I no it’s there job but i say no no don’t bring it up again. Why why and they said it’s there company policy don’t do it again it needs to stop also made us put cricket protection on some phones and told them no but they put it on any ways not very good bu

Rating as a one, wish I could give it a better rating, but the store isn't even open during posted hours. Reconsidering my choice to switch to cricket. If y'all aren't open or awnsering phones when you claim you are how can I ever expect help if I need it?

Well so far the Watertown store has yet to come through. We stopped about three times to buy a new flip phone for my husband. Always on order, so we finally got one online like he had, a Samsung Rugby. Took them both in to have the new one set up... New guy, couldn't do it. And supposedly, they can't set up an iPad as a new line yet?! SF Cricket told us they could. I bought one with built in WiFi just for him to use on site. 🤷🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️ Oh and that was after waiting half an hour and sitting on a window ledge because the the two available chairs were taken. 🤨
