Dylan is absolutely amazing to work with. I hate going into Verizon stores because the reps can be shady. I really appreciated his honesty and knowledge. I never once felt pressured! I thought he was trying to upsell me on a device because it was more expensive but he gave it to me straight. He said I really don’t care which phone you get because I make the same amount of money off the $100 phone versus the $2000 one. What I do care about is you coming back in 6 months complaining about the phone I sold you. I knew I was in good hands and gave him my trust. A very stand guy and Id recommend him to anyone. Go see him if you need help!

Matt was great, as well as Dylan who helped me complete the pick up process of my new iPhone. I have quite a busy schedule but Matt kept me updated on the progress of an issue I was having with my account and we finally got it sorted out. I was going out of town for the weekend so I had to run in and finish up. Matt was out of office for the night so Dylan made it quick and easy. Appreciate both of these gentlemen helping me out and I would not be afraid to do my business with either in the future.

Austin was so patient and kind with me and my sister! We got new watches and she got a new phone and he helped us with every step of the way and made sure we had something to drink and never made us feel like burden for taking up so much of his time! We were very thankful for his help and kindness!

I went in with an issue with an online Verizon order. This is not a Verizon owned store but the associate, Nate, was willing to sit with me and resolve the issue. This took 3 1/2 hours because Verizon didn't know what was going on. Nate was patient with the entire process and had a pretty good idea of what was wrong long before 7 different Verizon agents did. I would highly recommend coming in to this store (or one of the other Wireless World) and make your purchase in person. Thanks again Nate.
