Uneducated, untrained, lying, no good representatives! Cost me $524.00 from may 31st to July 18th! No way to leave contract bc I upgraded phones! DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY!

It's average. It must be difficult for the employees to have to come up with different reasons why AT&T is so overpriced and not really that competitive anymore.

Dylan pushed me into an upgrade saying it would oy be $5 or $10 more. If it was higher come back to the store and it would be fixed. I would like the upgrade but do not want to be lied to.

Store staff was the most helpful and had answers for my questions. The only thing that I did not like was that the store was all out of most every Samsung phone and did not have any in stock, so I had to order my new Samsung which now has ship time, etc. to account for.

Was worried about my connection as my deliver app (Uber Eats) kept kicking me offline. Last minute stop and the manager was very helpful, made certain my phone settings were proper and verified to Uber support that the problem is on their end. Thanks.
