The staff at the Sioux Falls store did a great job of helping me find the right flooring. There was a slight mix up and they ended up being two boxes short of my flooring. They went above and beyond and remedied the situation very quickly! Very satisifed. I will be back if I need flooring in the future.

great prices learned later required 100% payment for product & installation upfront cancelled my order. After cancelling my order I was told 5 - 7 business days for refund. Called today to check on status & was told it would take 3 - 5 weeks for refund it appears to be a change in their policy from day to day. I've never had to wait that long for a refund. Buyers be aware!!

Terrible customer service. I had issues with my floor they installed and now they won't come fix it. I have repeatedly asked for a copy of my warranty and they keep pretending they lost it. Now they have banned me from calling and trying to get the issue solved. Worst flooring company on the planet.

Maybe not the best place for DIY'ers. Didn't have recommendactions for transition pieces. Overestimated waste by 19%. Poor service when trying to return remaining product.
