So I’ve been shopping online at Lauriebelles for two years now, and I swear - it’s the best quality clothing in the world. Great customer service. I live in Denmark (EU) so shipping is expensive, but SO worth it. I will forever be a regular customer. Wish I could give more than 5 stars! ❤️

I set a reminder for myself to order a sweatshirt that was being released on a certain day at noon. I got on the app right at noon and purchased the sweatshirt only to find out a half hour later that they were offering a free legging offer with purchase of the sweatshirt. This promo wasn’t on the app at noon when I made my purchase. I sent an email to their customer service right away explaining that the promo wasn’t listed on the app until after I made the purchase in hopes that maybe they could check my order and see that I qualified for the leggings, but nobody cared to respond to me. I had also been in their shop a few weeks ago in Tea with a few friends and for as many sales people in the shop, not one bothered to greet any of us. My friend had to get her own dressing room as nobody bothered to help her. Please keep in mind the store wasn’t packed and the sales people weren’t swamped. These may seem like minor issues in the big picture, but they are noticed, and little things matter to your customers.

Love this store but super sad you don't get your money back on returns... which is my fault for not reading the return policy.. I don't live anywhere near SD so I guess I will not be ordering here anymore in fear of ordering something and not being able to be refunded my actual money :(

I’ve ordered from here a couple times. They don’t offer refunds. I ordered a pair of ripped leggings at the knee. When they arrived the rips were basically at my ankle they were so long. Also totally see through. I can get better quality leggings from Amazon. The quality of their clothes is like China with urban outfitters pricing. 50$ for a tee shirt. Like come on!? Also. They never restock anything. I’ve been on the notify list for so long. Nothing comes back in stock. Not that I’m buying anything anymore after those leggings anyway.

I made my first purchase the week of my birthday in hopes of getting my item in time for the weekend. Since they don't offer expedite shipping, I messaged their team and asked if they would be able to process my order asap. I received an email moments after I submitted mine and they assured me my order would go out as quick as possible. I did not receive it the day I would have preferred, at no fault of their own. Where I live we had a bad snow storm and all mailing services were delayed. Despite the weather, it would have came on time. I very much appreciate the quickness in their responses and the fact that my order shipped that very next day!

#catfished — I’m not from Sioux Falls but had heard great things about this boutique. I ordered a long jacket and boots for my birthday weekend and I couldn’t be more disappointed. I already wrote my review on the jacket not matching the color that was shown in the picture. But then I received my boots and they DON’T MATCH THE COLOR IN THE PICTURE EITHER. The quality of the shoe is very average and the color is MUCH darker than what the picture shows. Definitely disappointed in my two orders and spending $130 on stuff I can’t even return and have to exchange now. Maybe the boutique is better in person but I highly recommend not ordering online because their stuff doesn’t look like their pictures online

I have placed at least 10 orders now with them and to say I LOVE everything I've received is an understatement! I always get so many compliments when I wear anything I've ordered from Lauriebelles (jackets, jeans, tees, cowles, leggings).my absolute favorite place to shop online for clothes! Definitely a customer for life!! Always fast shipping, customer service is incredible , helpful and kind. I Highly recommend giving them your business. You won't be disappointed
