Beautifully made apparel. The employees are the friendliest around. Great sense of humor, too!

There were 3 shoppers and 3 employees in the store. 2 employees stood off to the side of the register whispering and staring around the store. While the other folded unwanted items. I said hello while looking and got a head nod from one. Otherwise not a single person said a word. Nice cloths but they need to work on customer service as were aren't shopping online😉 Couldn't find what I was looking for and no one seemed willing to help so moved on to the next store.

You should never shop on the Eddie Bauer.com website. Ordered an item, did not show up for a month, then they canceled my order without saying anything. A normal site would have known the item was out of stock and would have tried to fix it. Customer service could not do anything to make the situation better. I was told to place another order on the website. Worst website I have tried to buy from this year.

Not much in stock for sizes but chain supply has been bad and only going to get worse. Hope it's better by next year.

Really like some of their designs but not going to pay $80 for a pair of shorts that I can get almost the same thing for $25 somewhere else.

I'm a huge fan of Eddie Bauer, especially for their down jackets that are incredibly fair priced compared to other top brands of outdoor wear.

I went in a while ago and bought some leggings on clearance. I don’t remember how much it costed originally, but they gave me a huge discount. It didn’t fit me so I brought it back and ask for a medium in exchange. They didn’t have the leggings in a medium size so they gave more expensive leggings (like $2 more but still) that we’re mediums in exchange. They were so nice during the exchange. LOVE the leggings I have now.

Eddie Bauer clothing is either hit or miss for me. The staff at the Empire Mall location however are a home run every time. They're very helpful, never act as though they'd rather be doing something else and are very approachable (i.e., not snooty like so many other retail sales people are in Sioux Falls for some mysterious reason). I believe this stems from their manager - who I've always been impressed with.

Top notch service and store. Helpful, knowledgeable staff. If they don't have it in stock they'll order it and have it delivered to you. I bought 6 jackets as Christmas gifts-everyone loved them- Special thanks to Jesse for all his help!
