Great store! Sam was very helpful and professional looking identifying the correct parts I need for my truck. I went to the store on La Sierra by the 91 freeway first. Then I went my other nearby store on La Sierra and Hole intersection and 5 stars to this guy. He said his name is Sam. Not sure if he is the manager but probably is the way he was

I have always had great customer service at this location and will always come back, but yesterday was beyond expectations. My passenger headlight needed to be replaced in my 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Ashlie went out of her way to make sure I had the right product I wanted and that it actually fit my vehicle. David and Ashlie both went outside to my car and figured out the parts would fit and also took their time to install both new LED bulbs for me. I appreciate their time and did not hesitate to actually install both for me. 5 stars on customer service and inside was clean. The line was quick and efficient.

Plenty of staff to help you at this Autozone parts store. The shelves were fully stocked and the employees were courteous and asked if I needed help. This store is in Riverside and is in the RiteAid shopping center.

Sometimes I go in to autozone and get bad service and sometimes it’s great. It all depends on the cashier I get. I went in a couple days ago to this location and the person behind the register (Johnny) was super helpful. He took the time to hear what the problem was and showed me what I needed. You can tell he really knows a lot about cars and it shows. He even walked to my car and made sure that it worked after I paid. Haven’t had any problems since then.

If I could put a 0 I would. Both managers are very unprofessional and wanna argue with the customer. Very disappointed with the service here and how they discriminate against those who speak Spanish. Everyone is rude except for a few like athan, Mario. The female manager flat out calling me a liar and that the product I returned was not it, I was heated because the part does not fit the car I have, when I have came the first manger (guy) said just bring the receipt because they can't do anything with out. So I did, and when I come back a second she was just tryna give me a hard time since I spoke out last time when some one else was being rude to an elderly man who was speaking Spanish so not only are they rude, and discriminate people based by what they look, they'll flat out do and say things to get under your skin. Don't come here. This is unacceptable behavior especially for managers.
