Slow- scammed me with coupon- not friendly- not helpful. They had one car blocking two lanes about four vehicles back but there weren’t any vehicles in front of it. I had to get out to inquire what I should do as you usually pull into a line. I told them I would be using the $20 off coupon on their website once my extremely long oil change was over and I was rang up I asked if that was with the $20 off because it seemed very expensive, he said no he didn’t know I wanted to use the coupon but next time he could give me $20 off. I asked if it would be $40 off next time, $20 from this visit he overcharged and $20 off with the coupon next time, he said no. I asked for the $20 off now then. He told me it would be a while because they had to call someone and to have a seat. I said I’d leave and not use their services again. It took the guy ahead of me over two hours and he was the first person there that morning. It took them well over an hour and they blamed that nobody wants to work anymore despite the fact they had several people on staff that morning. Nobody waiting was happy. Service: Oil change

This place was way expensive. If you do it yourself it would cost you $45 They quoted me $160. To be fair they didn't say what was included but I just want drain new oil and a filter .

Not helpful at all as the kids that work here lack customer service. I guess sitting around on the floor takes priority over assisting returning customers. Perhaps the owners should take tires off their list of services as I was told by one of their attendants that they don't check tires. My tire light came on and the attendant told me to check my tires myself and gave me the air hose as they don't do that. The front tire was fine and wanted to check the rear tire but he took the air hose and told me to go elsewhere. It would have only took another minute to check myself, instead I was brushed off.

Very professional. Service with a smile. They were very attentive and even went out of their way to offer me a discount without me asking. What I liked the best was that before they even handed me the keys, they actually popped the hood and showed me the oil stick, With a new oil level. Visited this location on a Saturday afternoon, to my surprise it was not busy and was helped right away. I unfortunately did not get the name of the two male workers that helped me, they were informative, professional. They did not make me feel uncomfortable by trying to push the issue on your vehicle needs this or you should get that blah blah, as a woman I appreciate that. It’s always a hassle when having to get things done because majority of the time it’s a different type of treatment, so thank you very much! Kudos to you! Service: Oil change

Long time customer! Use to receive vacuum and exterior windows on signature service. Now it’s just an oil filter and oil change. I like the speed of service and the female greeter was nice. No longer do they have cctv for viewing the oil change service either. I only take my company truck here since it’s needed for document write offs. My personal vehicle would never come here because of past issues and the price. I change my own oil with top tier oil and filter for less than 40$. 50$ savings. Gotta pay the staff and supplies though. Service: Oil change

I always use jeffy lube. They are not only quick and reliable, but they are extremely honest with me concerning what my truck needs or does not need. I appreciate that. How many times do you go to other service businesses and they try to sell you services not needed. The manager their also remembers my name and is courteous and polite. Loved the attention to detail! There’s a great team of professionals here at Jiffy Lube in Riverside. I came for an oil change and also appreciated that they told me one of my light bulbs was out. I saved the tuneup for next time so I could save up.

From the employee who checked me in to the employee inside who checked me out for the payment, everyone was so professional and nice. I was hesitant to try one of these places from seeing those oil change scams on dateline or 20/20 but I needed an oil change and I only put Castro motor oil in my foreign so I gave this place a go and I'm glad I did. If you're hesitant to try a jiffy lube I would say go to jiffy lube off of La Sierra in Riverside and I promise you they will change your mind. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! also military and LE friendly. I just bought a Tesla but if I ever go gas again this is my oil change spot for sure.

I was given a price/time estimate fairly quickly and I was able to get my car back under an hour even when it looked as though they were pretty busy. Overall good experience would come back.
