I had a chance to buy some nice items. I can't get that time back, I can't buy what I wanted now because they are no longer available. Employees buying for themselves is wrong. The associates that were working at the time of our visit made our visit less enjoyable. I wish you luck

Would of been nice if they hadn't been closed for lunch for a hour so we didn't get toook went to the Restore in Jefferson county

I shop here at least twice a week, the store has started to get some really nice items in. I like the sales force, they are very nice and easy to talk to. I have never heard them discuss holding items for customers and employees in the back of the store, I can't say the same for other Goodwill Stores. This seems to be common practice at most of them, and I thought Goodwill Corporate frowned on this. This is one of the Better Goodwill Stores.

Prices are to high and the store was junked up. I drop off good items at least once a month and people need these thing's and it upsets me that they probably can not afford to buy anything because of the price.

The prices have gone way up and barely anything goes on sale. They wanted 7 dollars for a Bobbie brooks shirt which costs that at the dollar store. They mark at least half of their stuff whit white feature tags, even Bobbie brooks. Way over priced, even damaged clothing. I will not be buying much until they change this, because other goodwills don’t do this. Not very good management. Things just sit for months.

Christina is the best!!!!! My girlfriend and I stopped in this afternoon to browse and found some really awesome finds! Unlike the goodwills in Knoxville they had a lot of stuff! Also Christina is the best employee I’ve had an interaction with in a long time. Super friendly definitely recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!
