I love the taco kits. And there's a wonderful lady there that will make them for you while you wait when she has the supplies to make them if they are out in the front cooler. Just perfect customer service. Everybody there has a smile I'm so happy to go there

These people are Wonderful! Publix is a bit more expensive, I usually just shop the deals there. But the Publix employees definitely make you feel cared for. They go out of their way to please you & make things convenient. It's always a joy to shop there!!

Meh I love publix but went to refill insulin needles and the girl didn't believe the medicine I brought in was mine so we tried calling the other pharmacy to verify it was active, which was closed on Sundays, and we had to call an old pharmacy just to confirm it was an active prescription. I've been refilling this way for years and she is literally the only pharmacist to ever do all this. All you need is a proof of prescription which is on the box and bottle, but hey after all that they didn't even have any insulin needles. Trust me I get why it's regulated, but dang, way to humiliate me for nothing Publix! Never coming back to this location.

I went in to order a sandwich from the deli and the lady working the counter had massive amount of attitude towards me even ordering. The counter wasn't busy I was the only person in line and when she couldn't get the guy working with her to make the sandwich she proceeded to move as slow as humanly possible. It took her 3 minutes just to cut the sub roll in half then another 5 minutes just to slice it open. After which she then asked the kid (who by the way was already taking out the trash) to stop what he was doing and go slice the meat for the sandwich she was making. Im not normally one to complain, but every time I go to their deli specifically to get a sandwich I have always had a problem with this location.

Love the employees here and they will order things for you if they don't have it on the shelf. Best fruit and bakery around

Always great selections and friendly employees. Was waiting for my family outside the store, as I had already finished my own shopping, and staff looked at me like I was suspect to bother people and ask for money. Irritated me so much.

What would you expect from a super market? How come I enjoy shopping here so much? This super market seems a bit bougie, and I actually like this about it. It offers tasty baked goods. I have never had a dissatisfying experience in the deli, and this super market's staff has always been helpful and friendly. This store can be a bit expensive but the Publix experience is worth it.

Publix no matter where it is ,is always clean and brightly lit. Best grocery store ever. I have shopped in many from South Florida to This one here in Gallatin TN. Always courteous and friendly. There BOGO's are the best. I come from red boiling springs to shop here !!! Great job guys.😎
