Stanford Trailer Sales was totally outstanding to say the least! Taylor Stanford, was just outstanding to work with all throughout the process of replacing an axle on our 2020 Aluma Tilt trailer. He was able to handle the replacement of the axle and deal with Aluma to handle the warranty without costing us one dime! Outstanding service, outstanding help, outstanding people! Great trailers, with good prices, but they don't respond to their website at all. Recommend they remove their online contact form, and just list their phone number.

We had visited before looking at a specific make of trailer to put car on. Using a credit card costs 3% more. That I understand as business are charged this. Cash or check are fine if in state. All running lights and brakes were tested to make sure they functioned.

Call Tyler Sanford while on vacation in Florida, told him the specs, and budget of the trailer I was looking for and told him to hold it with deposite!! He did what he promised and I drove up north to pic up the trailer!! Got there and found Very friendly staff and atmosphere. And They keep there promises. Very Satisfied with my purchase Price and Product!!

Online I found a trailer at Greenbrier Auto Sales that, quite frankly, due to COVID was unavailable anywhere else. I contacted Tyler and requested that they hold the trailer for a day for me. I drove 475 miles and spent the night in town. BTW Deerfield Motel in town was worth way more than the $69.00 that I paid. I arrived early the next morning at Greenbrier Auto Sales and was greeted with several smiles and a very friendly staff. The owner and his crew immediately pulled my trailer from the inventory and spent the next half hour testing and prepping it. After completing all the paperwork and financial necessities, I drove away with my new trailer. I would highly recommend Greenbrier Auto Sales. They are a class act.

Had a nasty exhaust leak. Car sounded horrible . Went in to see how much it was going to be to fix it and what needed to be replaced. It was a very straight up honest answer. Was there for about an hour or so... And my exhaust was fixed . The car sounds so much quieter now . Now the car rides are enjoyable without hearing a loud exhaust leak. Very perfessional easy to work with and best of all the price is good.
