Shelves empty as merchandise is still boxed and cluttering the aisles making it difficult to walk around and impossible to find anything. Employees are usually out of sight of customers, in front room laughing even with a line of people waiting

Good place to go if you wanna buy air, shelves are empty, the one thing we were able to find was not the price advertised, other customers were complaining about the same thing with sale items, the last few times I've went here I haven't bought anything I've needed because the shelves are always empty, red box is the only thing worth visiting this place for anymore, don't waste your time here just go across the street to family dollar or Piggly wiggly, least their shelves are stocked and prices are as advertised

If your talking about the altamont location it's horrible , they barely have what you want the shelves are always messy nothing is ever straighten up the only redeeming qualitie is the employees are friendly , the grutlie , tracy , and monteagle locations blow it out of the water !

Very nice. Been a while since I have been in this one. It was always so hunky and you could not get through the isles. Whoever the manager is has cleaned this store up. Don't let me forget to brag on the nice you man that checked me out. So polite and such a pleasure smile

Miranda is the best! She was helping customers at the register and greeting everyone that walked thru the door. I would love to have a team member like her! It was very clean and organized too. Dollar general has been stepping it up in the grocery dept too.

I've started going back to Dollar General after replacing some odd their staff they had. Now they have employees who are respectful and will to help the customers with questions. Their new employee also follow store protocol instead of doing what they want whenever they want to benifit themselves. Now staff is sweet and willing to help. A LOT BETTER.

Had to wait in line with an arm full of items. She finally returned to the register after 10 minutes. Then said there was a cuatomer in front of me. He was back there searching for something. I stood in her line for 15 minutes. Finally some one opened up another line but everyone behind me ran there which put me back in back of the line. Finally when a man came up to the other girls register(not same man she'd waited for 15 minute on) she went ahead and cashed him out) pretty sure she didnt want to wait on me in general. I was first in line and I wound up dead last getting out. 20 minutes in line is rediculous. They need better managment and employees. They are very rude and unprofessional.

Theres a young gentleman that works there at night who is just super nice and always so sweet and helpful. Also a new lady started at night who is so friendly. I'm sorry to say I know neither names, however they are the only reason for the positive rating. Day shift employees are not as welcoming at all.

Always crowded with boxes of supplies. Not that the people are not doing their job. I think it is because Dollar General Stores need to hire more people. Every store I have been in. The people ARE NOT just twiddling their thumbs. HIRE YOUR HARD WORKERS SOME HELP
