I scheduled my booster for 4:15. It's 4:51, and they haven't had an in person customer in fifteen minutes. I will be going to the Kroger down the road for my healthcare needs from now on. And they yell at customers as well.

I love this pharmacy but I hate the call in refill line. It was updated to a voice automated service. It is horrible. Worst thing they have done.

Why this pharmacy can’t get the rx filled in a timely manner called in refill last night says be ready after 11 am it is now 7:08 and is still not ready last week I waited 3 days before I called and they told me it would be ready in the next 2 hours this is getting crazy

Awful pharmacy. It takes them forever to fill a prescription. I had to wait for three days before my medications were ready for pickup. Technicians are ignorant, they sound like they don't care about anything

For year I have used one of the big pharmacy chains for all of my prescription needs. I just never even considered Kroger pharmacy. Then my insurance coverage changed and I found myself paying out of pocket for all of my medication. That is when I began to notice how expensive medicine had become. I was unable to afford what cost of maintaining my vital medications. I began to shop around with every pharmacy in town and a few online options. After an exhaustive search, I found Kroger Pharmacy on average provided the best price for the majority of my medications. I was already shopping for groceries at Kroger so it was super covenant. That is when I made the greatest discovery of all … the people who work in Kroger’s Pharmacy! They were not only professional and courteous; they were also personal and helpful! They have helped me lower the cost of my medications by comparing several discount cards and other cost saving measures. They have always been willing to explain things to me in everyday language I can understand. They seem to care and want to help people with medical needs that require medication. I would encourage you to compare their prices to where ever you get your medications from currently.
