The store manager Janet in Mt Juliet was extremely rude to my mother in the store yesterday. She was raising her voice and actually laughed at her in the store. I could not believe she as a manager was so rude to her. We had a question about the store policy as one shirt was missing a tag and they were saying they had to ring it up full price. I have never had such rude service. I recommend Janet go through training or hire a different manager altogether

Sort of friendly, but when I called the day before my scheduled appointment, to see if they wanted an early delivery, after asking me questions from my bol, they told me No appointments are firm, no changing them....now WTH couldn't the woman tell me that first off? Took them like 2 and a half hours to unload...
