Its a good place to work... security is a little napoleónica, but its a light hearted environment probably best suited for younger employees

One of the most laid back jobs I’ve ever had... and you can workout on lunch ;)

Even though this place goes through alot of people, its actually a good place to work, especially for teenagers. The rumor that upper management is a bit nasty might be true, but everyone seems friendly and respectable so somebody is doing something right imo. 5 stars to David and Will in pick to light!! You guys are great

Worst place I've ever worked. Picking area was very disorganized. Training was terrible. Lunch area was nice. Had multiple problems sorting out time clock errors. My area (packing orders for shipment) wasn't bad, but even though my supervisor said I was a great employee, immediately after Christmas all the temps were sent home suddenly. As in we clocked it, waited around two hours while they tried to figure out what to do with us, then they just said clock out and don't come back.

I love it laid back and reasonable goals serious overtime if busy some cut back in hours when not busy but great place to work if you don't have too many expenses. You'll move up fast if you can last and willing to do the work.

It started out great but then my supervisor started showing favoritism to other employees and kept pushing back my date to get hired on with the company. Then other employees used a chemical that I was allegect to and when I told the supervisor I was the one who got in trouble for it. I was also physical attacked by an employee because I was preventing him from going in a area he was not supposed to be in and he was still aloud to work there with no disciplinary action taken. And when I finally quit they cut my pay from $12 to $7.25. So all in all it's a awful place to work.

I worked here for a couple of months as an Inventory Control employee, direct hire. At first it was great, but then things rapidly started to come unraveled. Management is not the greatest in the world, and there's a lot of drama within the inner circles. Peak season is brutal, with 7 day work weeks and up to 10 hour days. Hourly employees don't have a lot of wiggle room as far as liberties go, and this location, when I worked here, boasted the need for six temp agencies to be functional. SIX. The best part about this place is the culture (yes, the culture and music is still here, but only just) and the people you'll work with. I met some of my best friends working here and wouldn't trade them for anything. If you need a job with plenty of hours to spare, this is the place to be. If, however, you're looking for a career-oriented facility with plenty of opportunity, cast your lot somewhere else. Hot Topic TNDC has a LOT of improvement to do before it can be considered worthy of its original reputation.

I love working with the products and seeing all the stuff we have! I'm updating my review and it is a good place to work especially if you a hot topic fan like I am! It is a little unorganized I must admit but all in all as a company very successful!

I absolutely love my job, it has slowed down quite a bit, but that's ok! Just stay busy. The work is easy, everyone is so kind and chill. I hope to stay with this company for as long as I possibly can. ✊
