So I've been trying to call for 2 hours today regarding my ticket. The phone rang and rang and rang and somebody picked it up and hung it up now it's going straight to some jacked up voicemail system. What kind of company is this that doesn't even have an actual landline to answer customer calls?! I could not be more unhappy that my items are there and will never do business with you all again.

Went here to spend my hard earned money on a guitar. When I brought it up to the register they asked for my ID, when I asked why they needed my ID all I got was a "I don't know". Hey Cash America Pawn this isn't 1940's Germany, I don't need to show my papers for everything I do or purchase! You should seriously consider taking the word America out of your name because this is the most unamerican company I've ever experienced!!

Please do not pawn your stuff here they stole my chain my chain was worth 500$ and they swapped mine out for a chain that was only worth 200$ the chain they gave me was 2 inches longer than mine my girlfriend bought the chain for me so my chain meant alot to me it really hurts me and my girlfriend the so called manager knew what she done i could just tell

There unfriendly and if you clean a product and have it in a box they expect you to have a A RECEIPT. They also sold me a ring for 4 hundred dollars that SUPPOSE to be gold and when i went to pawn it there they said it wasnt gold.

They told me that i can bring my rotary tool up there for a price check and because it didn't look used thats because i cleaned it and wrap it back up i need my receipt that proves i bought it but i didn't have it at all because i had it for 3 month and i threw it away and that because it look like it hasn't been used then it could be stolen..which made no since because i pawn my stuff up there so many times before and so far none of it was stolen...they lost my business for good

I cant wait until this place is out of business, do not go there unless you're buying something (actually dont, go support a good pawn shop), seriously. They rarely do loans and they rip you off on sales

As far as getting a loan is concerned forget about it . Unless your item is in shrink wrap and perfect condition they won't give you one.

If you need a loan on gold, dont come here. If they like what you have they will try and buy it for a ridiculous amount and refuse your loan. Don't waste your time or gas riding up summer. I will never forget the treatment or the face.

0 stars really! So dumb staff and have NO experience with jewelry and have no idea what they are doing. I feel sorry for the owner because ur staff is costing u big time lol!

I have spent plenty of money at this location. I put a layaway in and I saw something else I wanted. The lady gave one price out the door but when I went to get my money it was different. She cancelled my layaway and didn't charge me a fee she gave me store credit. I was supposed to go back and get a ring but I had to work. She called my husband's phone with a nasty message saying I owe her a fee and that she was doing me a favor. Not my fault she didn't take out the fee nor is it my fault she put My Layaway in my husbands name istead of mine when I put the layaway in. Will never do business at this location again.
