Place got robbed of it's incense rack while we were there. Though this was certainly not any fault of the staff or proprietor ( the clerk chased the bandito out with a gun, shattering the rear glass by striking it with the pistol), it's clearly time to beef up security. Given the fact the it's not the best part of town, why put me, the customer, at risk? I certainly won't be shopping or stopping for gas there again, I'll drive on down the road to a place that has an armed guard.

Although this company loss much thur the past, they had a better price & great business area. From Henderson to Memphis saw no other dealer offering their price.

I walk to this store nearly every other day and never had any problems.I rated high because the customer service is amazing and very convenient for me.Atleast until the new hired morning lady, and until today never thought I would hear a cashier act as rude to cause me to want to video her.She had a good point at first but then it seemed like she wanted to assault me! What is up with that?I have been a long time cashier myself,but no matter personal reasons always treated my customers with same respect as I want...is America really turning into a YouTube sensational world to wherever you are people have to record your every moves? Why can't people who have these jobs just deal with fact that this position of service was a choice in which you serve people accordingly as well as deal with them better than you would off clock!? Your getting paid to be a cashier,so please do your job best you can without losing store's customers! Other than this one lady,love everyone else who is suited to be there,and I really don't want to see issues like this since I have to be the secret shopper who investigates these places in our city. We all should strive to keep Memphis as wonderful no matter who or where you are in it, bring better change before there is no Memphis left to be on map. Sorry to lady if she reads this but I think you chose wrong day to attempt personal threats when I walked out! Usually nothing gets to me enough to make complaints openly exposing myself yet today you did and no I can't put your name down,yet sure others already know since at back of line I've seen others talk about this same issue,same person.No excuse!
